I am passionate about using science and evidence to prevent chronic disease and help you live your best life.  

 

For me, optimizing health is not only a passion, it is personal.  As a South Asian, I am at increased risk for diabetes, heart disease, and stroke which all run in my family.  I took care of my father who suffered from dementia and saw the impact on him and my family.  I am doing what I can to prevent these chronic diseases in myself and I want to share my learnings with you.

I am a Stanford, UCSF, and Penn trained physician. For the past decade, I have been studying longevity and how we can use lifestyle changes to improve our help.  Now, I want to help you thrive.
